I know the ruling that you mentioned here...if there is no good Imaam, praying in Jama'ah in the Masjid is better even if you're praying behind an evil Imaam. And the ruling on a Faajir Muslim (i.e. Major Sinner) is they may be forgiven by Allah (as long as they are free from Shirk) or they will be in the Fire for a time only known to Allah b4 they are granted Jannah. So my 'Aqeedah is not of Khawarij but of Ahlus Sunnah wal Jama'ah, InshAllah.
